Introduction               An innovative model can be defined 'as a new idea,device  or method '.It is something original and more effective and as a consequence  ,new that "breaks into the pupil". Two interesting dimensions of innovation includes: degree of novelty and type of innovation. Through innovative work the teacher can improve students performance by providing group work opportunities and resources to innovate.     CONSCIENTIZATION REPORT ON THE  AWARENESS OF MARINE POLLUTION                                   As per the B.Ed curriculum  I decided to conduct a conscientization programme during our school internship programme. The topic I chosen for the program was  an awareness on the marine pollution.On 13/11/2019 the delegates of C5 Campaign  headed the program. They named it as Samudrathma.They explained about the  causes and effects of marine pollution. There were two sessions, 9th Std students attended the classes and they responded very well.

                  WEEKLY REFLECTION 06/11/19 - 08/11/19                 As per B.Ed. curriculum, our fourth semester school internship program for fourty days started on 6th November 2019 at Muslim Boys High school Kaniyapuram. I got class 8 for teaching. The concerned teacher  assigned me to take first chapter  of the fourth unit ' Flowers and Showers'. I covered two lesson plans  of the chapter  'Song of the Flower ' by Khalil Gibran. I used power point presentation as my teaching aid.It was very effective for the students.
